Yoga and Pilates enhance body awareness and proprioception as well, which is the sense of knowing where your body is in space. This heightened awareness can help you to assess your patients' movements and identifying areas of dysfunction more accurately.

The purpose of these activities is to foster leadership abilities, promote personal growth, and cultivate effective leadership qualities in a natural and adventurous environment.

Chiro Training - Our Programs
